We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review the information below to understand your rights and our process for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Return Window

You have the right to return most items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

To start a return, please contact us at enquiries@shaybrennangolf.co.uk with your order number. Returns sent back without prior notification may not be accepted.
2. Condition of Returned Items

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Please include your order confirmation email or receipt inside the return parcel.
3. Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

The refund will include the item price and the standard delivery cost you originally paid (if applicable).

Please note: express or premium delivery charges are non-refundable.
4. Who Pays Return Shipping?

Unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged on arrival, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that are lost in transit.
5. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.
6. Custom & Special-Order Products

Custom-fitted or personalised products are non-refundable as they are made to your individual specifications. This does not affect your statutory rights — if the product is faulty or not as described, you are still entitled to a refund or replacement.
