Is custom club fitting actually worth it?
For most golfers, yes — a fitted set typically gains 5–15 yards of carry and tightens dispersion far more than a new off-the-shelf club will. Here is what a fitting changes, and when it genuinely isn't worth the money.

What shaft flex do I need?
Shaft flex is determined by tempo and transition as much as swing speed. As a rough guide: under 75 mph driver speed suits senior or ladies flex, 75–90 regular, 90–105 stiff, above 105 extra stiff — but two golfers at the same speed can need different shafts.

How to choose a golf bag
Choose by how you get round: walking means weight matters more than pockets, riding means a cart bag with a forward-facing top. Carry bags run 2.5–5 lb; cart bags trade weight for storage and organisation.
