We collect only what we need to sell you golf equipment and answer your questions. We do not sell your data to anyone.

What we collect and why
We process the following, on the following lawful bases:
- Name, email, phone and address — to fulfil your order (performance of a contract)
- Order and payment records — to meet accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation)
- Enquiry details, including handicap and current clubs where you give them — to answer your enquiry (legitimate interests)
- Marketing preferences — only where you have opted in (consent)
- Website usage and advertising identifiers — only where you accept cookies (consent)
Who we share it with
We use the following processors, each under a data processing agreement:
- Shopify — order processing, payments and checkout
- Netlify — website hosting
- Google (Analytics and Ads) — website measurement and advertising
- Meta — advertising measurement
- Our delivery carrier — to deliver your order
Advertising data
Where you have consented, we send a record of your purchase to Google and Meta so we can measure which adverts work. Personal identifiers are hashed with SHA-256 before they leave our servers — we never send your email address or phone number in a readable form.
You can withdraw consent at any time through the cookie settings on this site.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years to meet HMRC requirements. Enquiry records are kept for two years. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Email us and we will respond within one month.
