Delivery is calculated at checkout and shown in full before you pay.

• Free standard delivery on orders over £50
• £5.99 standard delivery on orders under £50
• Typically 2–4 working days to UK mainland addresses
• Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland may take longer

Made-to-order clubs

Clubs built to a non-standard specification are made for you and take longer than stock items — typically two to three weeks. We will confirm the expected date when the order is placed. If you need something for a particular date, ring the shop before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done.

International

We ship to selected countries. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.

For deliveries outside the UK, import duties and local taxes may be payable on arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient. These are set by the destination country and are not within our control.

Tracking and problems

You will receive a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us. If a parcel is delayed, damaged or does not arrive, ring the shop on 01476 590200 or email enquiries@shaybrennangolf.co.uk and we will sort it out.
