Your right to cancel

You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. You do not have to give a reason.

Once you have told us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving them back, to the original payment method.

To cancel, email enquiries@shaybrennangolf.co.uk or ring 01476 590200. A clear statement that you wish to cancel is enough.

Condition of returned goods

You may handle the goods as you would in a shop. If they are used beyond that — a club taken onto the course, for example — we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Please return items in their original packaging where you can, with any headcovers and accessories.

Custom-built clubs

Clubs built to a specification you have chosen — a non-standard shaft, length, lie, loft, grip or grip size — are made to your personal requirements and are exempt from the right to cancel under Regulation 28(1)(b).

This is made clear on the product page before you order, and you are asked to acknowledge it in the basket. Clubs ordered at standard specification are not affected and carry the full 14-day right to cancel.

This does not affect your rights if the goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, tell us and we will put it right at our cost — repair, replacement or refund. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are in addition to the cancellation right above, and last far longer than 14 days.
