Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you pay.

If we cannot fulfil an order — because an item is unavailable, or a price or description was wrong — we will tell you promptly and refund you in full. We will not simply hold your money.

Prices and payment

All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate and are in pounds sterling. Delivery is shown separately and in full before you pay; nothing further is added at checkout.

Payment is taken securely by Shopify. We never see or store your card details.

Made-to-order clubs

Clubs built to your chosen specification are made to your personal requirements. Once building has started they cannot be cancelled or returned unless faulty. See our Returns policy for the detail.

Products sold through the shop

Some brands are supplied under agreements that require them to be ordered through the shop rather than bought online. Those products are marked accordingly and are added to an enquiry rather than a basket. No payment is taken until specification and price are agreed with you.

Faulty goods and manufacturer warranties

Goods are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and by the manufacturer's warranty where one applies. Bring any warranty claim to us as the retailer and we will handle it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
